Are your rugs new?

No, all of our rugs are very special, one off, vintage pieces. We personally hand select each one for its pattern, colours and charm. So they have all passed our very discerning eye. Some show love, and slight wear or repairs, but this does not detract from their beauty, and they are all structurally sound. 

We believe that our rugs each have their own story and patina, which only add to their character. Buying vintage is also better for the world, being the most sustainable way to decorate your home.

 

What should I expect from a vintage rug?

Condition - Everything is thoroughly inspected to ensure our high quality standards are met, and our prices are a reflection of the condition of each item. Variation and imperfections in weave and overall size (up to a few cm) are normal characteristics within vintage rugs. Imperfections of this nature are not considered defects. 

Colour - All of our products are photographed in good, natural light to accurately portray the colors of the item. However, because every device displays color differently, we cannot be responsible for variations between the actual product color and how it is displayed on your screen.

When will my order ship?

All items will ship 1-3 business days after your order has been placed, and should arrive within 3-5 business days from the ship date (depending on destination). When your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and dispatch confirmation.
